Olatokunbo Obama,

For the family.

p.s.
Obama's speech gave me goose pimples! Dont you just love a man who says what he has to say with utter conviction and so much sincerity mixed with a dash of "cocksurety" laced with that "i-know-i-cant-do-it-without-you" quality?

somebody wake me up...

...when November ends!

Despite our blighted dreams of the past…Barack Obama *smiles madly*…won…by a huge mile… he is now an inspiration for the future!

@smaragd - haba...Aso oke/Aso ebi for N10,000.00 is a bit cheap for such an occasion o!

the last family wedding i went to i had to drop N18,000.00.

Aburo, u r so funny. I agree with the comments here that the new presido ain't so cheap o. He seems like one classy dude to me.

Lol @ Olatokunbo Obama. I'd say you've got two adopted sisters. Up to the task?

i am not ashamed to say that i shed tears at the reality of what happened. even before he gave his speech, just seeing the breaking news on BBC that Obama likely to win, seeing he had already got over 270 of the elctoral vote needed. How could i hold back the tears? and the man himself came. that very sincere speech. God bless him. If there is one thing I have learnt again, God is very alive. God said it himself: his ways are not our ways. He takes the little and weak to make extraordinary things and put to shame the ones who believe they are so strong.

Michelle Obama! confident and courageous. All i told my sweetheart when i called this morning, 'see how Michelle has groomed her husband to be president, let me groome you that way to take over Aso Rock. It is time we carry God into that villa.

all right, im typing away. haven't been in blogville for ages.

My favorite part of his speech last night was this:

"To those Americans whose support I have yet to earn -- I may not have won your vote, but I hear your voices, I need your help, and I will be your president too..."

As for the aso-bi, oya fed-ex my own to me. Dont worry I will send you a check once I receive it!lol

These were my exact sentiments that night. I love his family. They embody what and all American family should be, IMO.

Vera Ezimora said...

Yes, I surely do love a man like that. Somebori should Alleluia!

Smaragd said...

thank you all for signifying your interest.

for those who think the money is too small, remember that Obama's campaign made waves mainly cuz he made money the "little drops of water" way. Our family is a very nice one, we dont like to "inconvenience" people...lol

for the guys who want to know what colours they'll wear and how much the "fila" alone costs, send the full money first and i'll get back to u.

of course there'll be iyan!

and of course the visa will be very easy to get!

we'll be expecting you all at the white house.

safe journey

Olatokunbo Obama
